Booth Details
- Each booth includes a 6-ft table with a black linen overlay and two chairs
- Additional tables available on request
- The exhibit hall holds up to 35 exhibitor tables (capacity may vary based on spacing)
Power & Connectivity
- Power is not included with standard booth registration
- Power strip and extension cord: $50 flat fee
- Single extension cord only: $15
- Exhibitors needing power must complete the venue's electrical request form (provided upon registration)
- Wi-Fi and AV are available through the hotel's in-house partner, Encore, and billed directly by Encore; outside AV vendors are also welcome
